(150 words minimum): [/color] I want to be staff because I really enjoy DarkRP, and just Garry's Mod, in general.. I also just want to discover the other side of DarkRP, which is being staff, taking sits, cases. and so on. I've seen a lot of videos, especially "Admin On Duty" And I really enjoyed them, and wanted to embrace that feeling, of helping others, and taking care of trolls. I've played a lot of CS:GO, on many different accounts, and I have been staff on around 20 servers. 11 of them were big, and the others were minor. Although I haven't been staffing for that long, It's not hard to fall in love with it. I started gaming when I was around 7 years old, I started playing League Of Legends, and then moved over to Minecraft. I then started coding, skripting, learning html and so on. When I moved over to CS:GO, I learned all about coding. I've also learned a bit of lua.. I also just want to help you guys out, I know the rules pretty good... and I heard from ItzRob you lost some staffs, so I just wanna help out. [color=#1abc9c]Why should we accept this application? (150 words minimum):[/color] The reason you should accept this application, is not really up to me, but I can explain my qualities and then you can make the decision. 1st. I'm dedicated to being a staff member, although I'm only 13 years old, I am very mature of my age. And the reason those 11 big servers accepted me, was for that reason.. 2nd. Experience. As I mentioned I started gaming when I was 7, and I never stopped loving every single second of it. I have a lot of experience both in staffing, and in gaming... I've taught myself over countless hours, to differentiate about being a staff, and a normal player. I'm not gonna lie. This was hard for me at first, and I failed a lot of times, but I never gave up. Being a good staff, is also about making the right judgement call in a heated situation.. It can be tough at times, I would imagine you know all about that.. But I always follow my gut, my gut never lies. It teaches me... I'm very flexable, I can work alone, which I'm best at, but I have no problem working in a team, if there is a case I can't solve.. I'm not afraid to ask for advice, to me this isn't a sing of weakness, but an unseen strenght.. In GMOD it's comonoly used in GMOD, as Random kill, or random slaughter... RP stands for roleplay which is what we're doing, and randomly killing people isn't a rping. 1st Example. Let's say I'm a thiev, and I'm just minding my own stuff, and then suddenly I get killed right when I walk out of spawn.. This is RDM Because I got killed randomly by a member of the law inforcement. 2nd Example (RDMER point of view) Let's say I'm a police officer and I find my victim, the guy I wanna murder for no reason! I see a thiev in spawn, holding my pointer finger gently on the left mouse button... I feel the tingles in my finger, I just wanna let go of the trigger... and shoot him! He slowly starts walking out of spawn.. My heart beats so fast.. he's finally out of spawn... And boom he's dead... 20 seconds later... You have been banned for 1 hour, due to RDM. [color=#1abc9c]Explain what NLR is, and give 2 detailed examples:[/color] NLR stands for New Life Rule.. Basically you forget everything that happend in your past life, and you can't return to the place of which you died in your last life for X amount of time. Example 1. Let's say I got killed in a raid... Then I'm not allowed to return to the place I got killed (My house) for X amount of time, and I forget everything. Example 2. I'm a police officer on duty, and I get killed in the gun store.. I forget everything in my past life, and I can't return to that place for X amount of time. [color=#1abc9c]Explain what FailRP is, and give 2 detailed examples:[/color] FailRP is when you fail to roleplay properly. Example 1 Let's say that the server doesn't allow bunnyhopping. So if I bhop, it's considered failRP Example 2. If scamming isn't allowed on the server, and I go to the gun store to buy some guns. I then tell the dealer, that I'll pay him after he gives me the weapon.. When he gives me the weapon I just run away... This is FailRP[/b]
