(150 words minimum):[/color][color=#3300ff] [/color][color=#c0392b]I feel like I want to be staff because I mainly play nights, and when people are on with no staff they failRP most of the time, for example: 22/12/2018 at about 2 in the morning, 2 people came on and they became swat and MRDM someone, arrested them and used bitcoin and printers, this caused an outrage between me and someone else to which we called up a mod who came on and banned both. if I became staff I would take the nights when possible to make sure events like this doesn't happen and with fair but stern punishment. I usually play at night because its when you see the most of this happen and I can be witness and screenshot/ record what is happening to then report the player and make the server and community better for everyone. plus the server is great and I don't want anyone including staff to make this server go downhill because I really enjoy it[/color] [color=#ffffff]Why should we accept this application? (150 words minimum):[/color][color=#3300ff] [/color][color=#c0392b]I was a highly respected member of staff across 4 servers and played by the rules while also keeping the servers highly respected and rated, without staff who care about the server they don't do anything but bully and fail their jobs, I know I don't get paid for this kind of work but I'm not about pay, I'm about keeping the owner happy and less stressed, I respect this server because its one of the few great servers (really am not bias) and want it to stay that way, the people who come onto this server who failRP and cant take it seriously must be punished or banned if necessary, plus I'm available at least 100 hours a week (college and work) and always on discord if needed for emergencies. I understand the rules of DarkRP and what actions to take if someone doesn't abide by the rules, I don't wish to be hated but if someone disrespects the rules I must swiftly punish them with reasonable actions.[/color][/b] [color=#ffffff][b]Explain what RDM is, and give 2 detailed examples:[/b][/color][color=#3300ff][b] [/b][/color][color=#c0392b][b]If someone is at spawn or at the mines (protected area) and another person came along and killed them with no mentioning of it. EXAMPLE 2, if someone adverts RAID and the victim just prop blocks the doors that would be fail RP because they saw the advert and is now stopping people from raiding and stealing.[/b][/color]
