(Minimum 250 Words) :=14px=16pxI would like to be staff because I feel as if I need a shot at something new, I've tried making my own servers, applying on new servers. All didn't work. And since I have built a strong, healthy community with this server I feel as if I might be granted a chance on here. I'm also quite good friends with members like: Phillip Egg, dot.Tripping, smileyo. And quite alot of nights there are not any staff on late and I think I could change this since this is when people go on MassRDM's and NITRP. And an individual like myself stays up quite late most nights meaning that there would be staff on and this MassRDMing report spam wont be a thing. Leading off of that, when it comes to the banning side of it, I have a tiny bit of experience with the ulx admin addon. Overall I also really love the community and I think it's a lovely place and would like to get a bit more recognition than that i'm a player and would like to be more involved with things going on. I also have a great sense of humour so I could build friendships with users easier and gain trust to get further in a case. I will also put 100% effort into my role.=14px=16pxDo you have any previous experience as staff?   • =14px=16px I record all of my evidence via streamable and it is clear to watch. I also listen clearly and I am good at problem solving eg: if someone was to lie during a sit I would have a good chance of finding out. Although I am nearly 13 I do still have great maturity for my age group, please don't judge me off of people my age and get a bad image from me. Also, like I mentioned in the paragraph above I do stay up quite late so I can prevent late night rule breakers. And I have amazing humour so I don't look miserable. AND I know the staff well so it wont be much of an environment change and I would settle in really well. However I'm not all fun when it comes to cases and that I do have a part of me that takes sits seriously to make sure that right justice is served, following off of that I also have little to no prejudice for anyone that would be placed in a sit with me.

But if he does have a reason Eg: His friend put him in. I would get evidence and let the person that glitched in off with a warning and the guy that put him through with the ban.
