(150 words minimum): I would love to be admin and I would really like to help lower the amount of rule breaking and help newer players by informing them of the cans and can'ts of the server while ensuring they enjoy their time playing. Also, I want to be able to help other admins who may be struggling and may need a second opinion on the verdict of a sit. Moreover, this server is by far one of the best servers I have been on in the past few years so I would like to be able to help out some of the higher up admins by taking some weight off their shoulders. As well as this, I would love to be more involved in the creation of server wide events that will help to make the server an even more enjoyable place to be. Finally, I would like to help ensure that the server never gets out of control with rule breakers at any time, by being aware and ready to take on an admin sit. Why should we accept this application? (150 words minimum):[/b] I believe you should accept my application because I can see myself fitting in to ,and getting along with the staff team, (making a perfect geordie synergy with Rob). Also, I believe I would be a great asset to the server and to the community as I would ensure rule breaking is dealt with as soon as I possibly can and carry out admin sits with minimal prejudice against both sides of the situation. Furthermore, I want to get to know the staff more and being staff would give me even more incentive to come back to the server and create a rapport with, not only staff, but also the rest of the community. Finally, I have a lot of experience playing gmod(my game hours on this account may not show this and I can explain why I have a second account), especially DarkRP and I believe this knowledge would be ideal to help the players of the server.  [b]Explain what RDM is, and give 2 detailed examples: RDM is Random Death Match (where a player damages another player for no reason at all). 1 Example would be if a player was walking a long a street and another player attacks them (without adverting anything) Another example would be where a hitman would have a hit on a player and then kill the wrong player intentionally. Explain what NLR is, and give 2 detailed examples: NLR is New Life Rule (where a player returns to the place they died before X amount of time, but in the case of TGM this is 3 minutes) An example of this would be if a player died while defending their base, they would then return to their base, thus breaking NLR. Another example would be if a player is RDM'd, then they would go back to the place they died to potentially kill that player, thus breaking NLR also commiting a revenge kill. Explain what FailRP is, and give 2 detailed examples: FailRP is Fail Roleplay (where a player fails to carry out the role of their current job). An example of this would be if a player was being mugged (while they have no gun in hand) they then pull out a gun and kill the mugger. Another example of this would be a member of the police force putting out a warrant on someone with no proof of any criminal wrong doing.[/b]
